First of all, as busy as Tyler can get, he will always have an answer or will find one as soon as possible. Very knowledgeable person in regards to information on short sales, escrow, property values, negotiations, falling out of escrow(it can happen), listings/showings, etc. We sold a home, and the process was long because we were not yet ready to list our home. Tyler worked with us the whole way and not once did we feel we were put on the "back burner". We talked to a few agents before Tyler and those agents were the arrogant, make a quick dollar-type. We found Tyler by doing research and found his showings to be real professional, top dollar, and just pride in what he does. There are real estate agents that are not supportive of their clients and have no respect for the other agents. We had a deal fall through because the buyer's agent had no idea what he was doing. He saw dollar signs and did not educate his clients. He was unproffesional to Tyler and us, yet Tyler kept doing his job in a professional manner. Needless to say, from start to finish we never lost faith in Tyler and his team. With so many agents out there, it is hard to decide who is the best person for the job. Respect is earned and not given. Trinity homes earned our respect. Tyler and his family are great people and make you feel at ease through the whole process. Would not just recommend, but insist you atleast give them a call if looking to buy or sell.
